L'entrecote isn't a non classy affair, and it's argued it's the best steak / entrecote in paris. The queues are rediculous sometimes.
The brasserie just diagonally opposite from that isn't bad either - not so much the place for a romantic dinner though.
The Jules Verne isn't the best restraunt, but if you're going for the romantic thing and she digs the eiffel tower, sure..
You could always do the best of both worlds: go to a nice place to eat, and then stroll on the champs-de-mars [fields in front of the eiffel tower] and pop a bottle of whatever.
