webcams.com, you can apply for a studio account, your studio account will receive 37% of all revenue generated by your models. You can then pay them whatever percentage out of this you like on a per model basis.This percentage is defined in the studio/model management area.
You can even create a webcams.com white label as affiliate and set your studio name in the settings of the white label so that each model that will click on Model Sign Up will sign up from your white label will sign up straight under your studio account, without any other complications.
