After making the following ACH loads to my account.
Jan. 11, 2010 $1,000.00
Jan 15, 2010 $1,000.00
Jan. 22, 2010 $500.00
They agreed as follows.
You have the following Bank Account Loads Pending:
$1000.00 will be posted to your account on Sat Jan 23, 2010 after 07:30 PM (PST) PST
$1000.00 will be posted to your account on Tue Jan 26, 2010 after 07:30 PM (PST) PST
$500.00 will be posted to your account on Tue Feb 2, 2010 after 07:30 PM (PST) PST
However when I tried to use the funds I was greeted with this message.
Received: Jan 15, 2010 4:59 PM PST Subject: Transaction Delay
Dear ePassporte Account Holder,
Your checking account transaction initiated on 01/11/2010 in the amount of 1000.00 will require several additional days to process. This issue has been resolved and you should have no further problems as you initiate loads and withdrawals with your checking account.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you and thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I checked with my bank today, the funds cleared on Jan, 15, and 16.
I called to ask why you were holding my money for “several additional days”
After completing your phone verification process, and spending a fair amount of time with customer service, I was told that that they would give this their immediate attention and
I would be notified via email as to why this happened.
This is the response I received,

In regards to our call conversation, please be informed that as per our
records, we could see that you made a load through your US Checking
Account on 01/11/2010 which takes 7 business days in order to transfer the
funds into your ePassporte Account.
However, as it is more than 7 business days and still the funds are not
credited into your ePassporte Account, we have forwarded your concern to
our Account Verification Department in order to review and investigate
regarding this concern. We kindly request you to wait for 7-8 business
days to receive a notification to your Message Center.
A reference number has been created for this concern. Please refer to the
ticket number ______, when contacting ePassporte regarding this concern.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I would like to remind that I initiated this load on Jan. 11
I am sure you’re aware that we use your service to pay the girls,
many of them have children to feed.
