Hi All,

This is being posted here for our merchants that do not always read our newsletters but are on the boards and for those not a merchant yet who are interested as well....

Rather than having to look in your daily chargebacks reports, we are now listing daily imported chargebacks and the corresponding merchant accounts on the home screen once you have logged into the NETbilling admin. Keep in mind that this only pertains to the chargebacks for the banks/processors that we are importing chargebacks for.

If you use a bank that we do not import for, you must get the chargebacks from your bank and enter them in the admin. This simple step will perform many functions once done such as entering the card into the negative database, blocking the IP, address, and email address as well as stopping the recurring billing and canceling the password if necessary.
