i'm using videocharge now, its a 2 pass process... 1 pass to watermark, 1 pass to chop em up. but you know what i can live with that because its all a batch process. i set that mofo up, went to workout and its still running the batch, no need to spoon feed it video files 1 by 1 and thats all i was looking for. thanks everyone for their input, i appreciate the time savings
