Anything over 2K make sure they don't charge a joiner fee, anything less than 800 make sure its not to far out of the way.

I stayed for 2 months here: http://www.mosaikpattaya.com/ in a one bed deluxe and it were great.
Anything thats close to 2nd road or South Pattaya road is a 3-7 minutes baht bus away to WS or soi 7-8. Soi 6 is maybe 10 minutes away.
