Actually not trying to be a jerk...dunno you enough to be a jerk and I'm not exactly a regular here. Put it this way - I wouldn't want to accuse/dance with any sponsor program unless I was absolutely sure my point would hold up...they have a nasty habit of including lawyers.
Most don't take too kindly to being accused of stealing...
