When they went bankrupt or whatever happened to them some time ago a guy took over their old place and turned it into a neighborhood pizza joint. I damn near bought it from him last year when he was having some IRS problems. Currently looking to open up another place for me to hang out and get me away from the online thing. I'm probably going to go the bar route but considering another small BBQ and beer joint at first and progress. I've had one before and it did pretty good but it was in a part of town where the rent became ridiculous on resigning so I shut it down.

Wow, very similar deal here. I used to wrk under the table for fam and friends when I was younger. Even when I started my first "legit" job at Caesar's I lied about my age so I could run shifts. When I first started doing it they called it "PIC" or "Person In Charge", then when I started doing inventory and all that good stuff I got to have "manager" in my title.
The primary one I worked at amazingly is still open, but they do this "Hot N Ready" BS where they have the pizzas sitting out in the boxes on some heated rack, so nothing's made to order anymore and it ALL tastes like cardboard. Not that it was awesome before, but at least it was made fresh and wasn't flavored by the box it came in.
Caesars is pretty dead in the US but in Canada it's like the #1 pizza chain. It's called Pizza Pizza up there. The pizza is pretty much the same though they seem to have alot more toppings and the breadsticks are pre made- go in the oven frozen, so it's not really the same as US crazy bread. It's pretty weird.
