Categories is ok, next to the text link instead of doing an onmouseover box that is browser variable, do a stock thumb with a size option (i.e. a drop down above the thumb column that says small medium or large, that then changes the pre done and sized thumb)

After the text for the gallery i would do icons instead of form elements and make them standards so you dont have to explain what those links are + - and x dont mean anything to me when i first see the page.

Biography text is needless a different size why not keep it the same size and bold your titles.

Suggested models at the bottom is too far down, i would put it vertically on the side so that as they scroll the galleries for this girl, they can also see the girls who may match that type.
