honestly, i cannot think of a more disturbing fact of life than birth defects and children who dont come out properly.
Timmy jokes are fine and all, but the reality of Autism and other things that can change a life into hell.
I had an Autistic relative and every holiday it reminded me just how cruel life can really be.
and im honestly thankful that i am healthy and have never had any medical problems, some arent so lucky.
and helping those who arent as lucky is always a good thing.
