This is a really stupid law. I like how it got signed in AOL HQ. I wonder how many people AOL had to grease to get this through.

Personally I'm in BIG favor of proposed federal spam laws like CAN-SPAM as well as others becaue it clearly states what can and cannot be done with bulk email. Although honestly I don't think this or the felnoy state law will stop offshore spammers from doing their dirty deeds.

This law however steps way over the line.
