Why do you ask? I do not believe that hosts are a "one size fits all" type of business so depending on what you are trying to accomplish that list could vary.
I will make you an offer....if you would like to discuss it offline I will be happy to help you develop the list based on your requirements. In the interest of full disclosure, I will tell you and everybody else that I will list NationalNet in the #1 spot, but what I will do is give you a list of 11 instead of 10 so that if you want to drop me off the list you will still be left with 10. How is that for fair? ;)
