Anytime you switch to a venue you haven't used before, you never know for sure if they are on top of it or not. This is why we have the registration process as our double proof method. Sometimes passes, badges and guest lists really confuse dumb ass door people. So to keep things simple, no passes this time. Guest list.
And to answer Atticus, you do not need an Internext badge if you're on the guest list. Usually we have AVN issue out our passes, so you have to be registered with their show. This time we were supposed to be the night before, so registration would not have been open. We decided the guest list would be best since we wouldn't be able to issue passes. When we switched it to the next day, we decided not to confuse our new venue by adding passes.
I strongly encourage everyone to get a show badge, you'll want to be a part of the whole experience.
One more thing. I will tell the venue and door people to honor Internext show badges for those people who didn't read any chat threads about this. But like I said, things get more fucked up when you add more details to venues. The 100% full proof way is this registration which will be printed out in alphabetical order at the door.
I'll also ask them to honor Players Cards as well. Doesn't mean they'll all do it and be on the same page though.
