My fiancee is black (Nigerian, so quite dark) and I'm white. My family is completely fine with it. Her family on the other hand went completely ballistic....
Of course the fact that they're catholics and I'm an atheist might have something to do with it. Or that I was 25 and she 16 when we met.... Or that she moved in with me a year or so ago and we're still not married
But
she insists that it's because of race and that quite a lot of her (black) friends are extremely racist.
My friends haven't sad a bad word, but that might be just because they're too busy drooling over her body and being jealous because I have a 9 year younger hot woman that's crazy about me...
