I guess another way of phrasing that question xxxmovie asked is ... "is it possible for someone or some group of people within the company to devise a system that could in fact skim joins, and add users without crediting the sub account....
You would prob need a programmer, or someone on the inside to let us know if it is in fact possible!
I just want to know if its possible? I don't think any of us mere merchant sor clients can answer that,
for me the question is not would they skim or scam, but is it in fact possible, and is it possible for them/someone to do it with plausible deniability?
Or could this be happening without ccbill's own account reps even knowing.
I hope we are not besmirched for raising these questions, they are valid, and clearly others are experiencing the same phenomenon.
