I ordered two designs months ago from him which he never completed fully. They were about 95% done and would have taken him another 30 minutes to complete but he simply didn't finish them and never replied to my emails asking him to (I still have those emails).
Months have gone by and I decided to get the psd's from him to have some other designer fix them. Here are the logs that follow:

(1:02:30 PM) mBerk: i'v never told you that i'll give you psds, and the summ you'v payed me, is for the theme and exclusive design, but no sources included. usually i give psd's, 'couse i believe people won't resell it, but in your case i doubt in that, so if you want to have exclusive rights for that theme, you should pay 100% more of the theme cost. so, after our last discussion, i leave the right to show this designs in my portfolio and won't send you the psds.
