Tsk, tsk...No one has mentioned the iBill Promissory Notes yet, for the money that was collected from our sales which they never paid out (I lost over $30,000 on that deal).
As I recall, Marc Bell and Penthouse Media Group Inc, was somehow involved with IBDI (whose principals included Steve Markely, Gary Spaniak Jr., among others) in that whole debacle.
Hey, didn't PMGI run up a huge debt purchasing Adult Friend Finder and the Friend Finder Network in 2008, and then say that they were going to launch a public IPO soon (in 2009 sometime), in order to pay off their newly acquired mountain of debt.
