no attorney would send a letter making broad accusations about anything without having demands. it just doesn't work like that. they certainly would not say something like "if you feel you are unjustly accused..."
it would be formatted like this:
1) this is what you are doing
2) this is why its actionable
3) this is what you must do by XX/XX/2010
4) failure to do so will result in us taking the following actions...
btw... i have several C&D's from Subway... their IP attorney (some woman)... who has fought some successful domain battles is a fucking retard.
