Yeah the advice from some of the others is correct: Sign up to sponsors who deal with paysites in the niches that your TGP covers and then use their FHGs (Free Hosted Galleries) to fill your TGP.
I have three paysites that all run through a CCBill affiliate program and have loads of FHGs with each. I even provide them in a text file so you can import them into TGPX in about 10 seconds
