As for your suggestion of calling him, perhaps you should read the OP in this thread where it says the phone rings busy. Maybe it was my shitty attitude that caused that too? Although I have not tried calling the number again today, I was told their was a technical issue that was being resolved and Claudio did offer me another number to call.
For the record, I chatted with Claudio this morning and I will continue our talks tomorrow.
I'm far from impressed with the way things started out but TBH, I'm more concerned about where they go then where they have been. I like the look of the product and still want to give it a shot. If the product sucks and the support is not there, I will address that issue at that time.
