1. Eat something before you drink. Particularly something that soaks up booze. Like pizza.
2. Drink one beer, one water, and keep doing the trade off all night (1.5 h2o for hard liq).
3. Take vitamin supplement, and particularly B6, and B12. Also eat bananas for potassium.
4. Take an aspirin based pain killer before bed. Like Motrin or Advil.

Obviously, if you have to make use of all these tricks, you are drinking too much. So you should stick to number five...

5. Don't drink.
