when I get airconditioning in 2 weeks I'm going to do 6 days a week:
8 dumbell curls
8 dumbell shoulder press
x girls pushups (working up to real pushups - yes hercules is out of shape)
then if I move to a new apartment with a lap pool and score some speed I'll try and burn off some fat swimming laps. then I'll try and score some steroids, but I can't do heavy gym until the mind probe stops. Bit hard to describe, imagine 2 guys punching you in the head constantly while trying to bench press 100kg.
