I wasn't working on the internet, but was working with film (then VHS, later to DVD). I only got into making some money online a few years ago when I came out of retirement and found I could sit at home and make money, though it's peanuts compared to what I used to make with movies.
Going to take a stab in the dark here, but most of you were probably in high school when I was knee deep in the movie side of this business.
