I have built hundreds of galleries for bangbros and nscash in the past few years and I really enjoyed the work.
I have no problems with video editing. I usually get access to the members section and download all the movies. Then I encode the videos with a watermark, cut them to size, take screen caps and edit the template so that each gallery is unique (good for SE).
