If you have the desire to be ahead of the curve when the industry rebounds and the economy stabilizes. High quality content is what stands the test of time. It increases conversions and more invaluably retention.
Think about it, how much do you spend towards referrals? How important is it that conversions stay for as long as possible?
The formula is simple, give them value and they stay. I've been at this for 12years and it's the only thing that has remained constant.
