I was wondering before if Denton had the $$$ to take on the Douche of the Decade (given the threats that Joe was lobbing at Nick), and it appears that Denton can put plenty of money into a legal war chest to take on Francis, should the need arise.

Personally, I think that Joe Francis has bigger issues to deal with (such as the IRS and Steve Wynn), instead of focusing on gossip sites that are simply repeating allegations previously reported by mainstream journals (besides I thought Joe liked the attention, as much as he puts himself in the limelight by his pleasant demeanor, humble attitude, and impeccable manners).
