But actually, I wouldn't say that blogs are any new rage. People don't do them as much as they used to. But I personally love them. They are great if you know how to use them properly.

Frankly, don't listen to what anyone says. Just try something, focus on it, stick with it, and see what happens. There are dozens of ways to make money in this industry. Listening to what Bob or Charlie says works doesn't mean anything if you can't get it to work.

Just start working.
