The lawsuit doesn't matter either. What matters is that since everyone knows only a true douchebag files a lawsuit over being called a douchebag (especially when he is one) that no judge in the world is going to offer a judgement in his favor.
If he goes through with this suit he could wind up having his award upgraded to douche of the century.
