Last I heard (in November), is despite Joe claiming he had already paid the money, the court still found him liable for $2 million in money owed to Wynn's casino, and that Wynn was seeking to seize possession of at least one of Joe Francis' properties to satisfy the debt (Wynn is seeking about $3 million now, due to the accumulated interest penalties).
So, when did Joe Francis repay Steve Wynn?
