Now if your asking me how I know this.....well I USED to provide him with talent....and the models in BOLD were talent that I sent to him and yes he paid them those absolutely ridiculously low "rates" + sometimes a "tip". This is the reason that I stopped finding him talent.

I can also attest to Phil and Christy's post being valid as well.
