I am speaking about the effects of Pot. You assume that everyone who smokes is in control, that a overestimation of the problem. You also assume that its not the affiliate his problem when a program owner is trying to find an acceptable level of intoxication so he can continue his daily business.
Yes it is my problem. But i am not suffering under it. I am just asking the question, do you want your sponsor to smoke POT?
