Again, very unlikely to be related to your supplement intake.
Like most other amino acids, tyrosine is used rather quickly by your body. While it's utilized for the production of a bunch of neurotransmitters and hormones, higher levels of tyrosine do not directly correlate to higher levels of those neurotransmitters and hormones.
Taking it as a supplement won't cause it to accumulate in your body - unless you don't metabolize it well or take too much over longer periods of time, in which case effects will be negative. As a supplement, the primary value is to compensate for deficiencies, caused by dietary issues, a genetic inability to metabolize phenylalanine (like with PKU patients), or (possibly) unusually high demands of your body due to stress (sports, detox, etc).
Always keep in mind that 99% of supplements are utterly useless for anyone who is healthy, has a balanced diet and doesn't engage in extremely strenuous exercise (e.g. bodybuilding).
