Here in the states wallgreens sells the green dot card which I KNOW worked 2-3 months ago (stars asked me to buy it, specifically)
I just now made it within 2 minutes of closing time (CST) to buy one but have to wait one hour in order to see if it works
Think they're open to six all over the states - will let you all know in about 20 minutes if it works
