First be clear, this is not a threat a demand or even a suggestion. Feel
free to share this communcation with whoever you wish.
I don't know the exact date i signed on with you guys and of course I don't
know the total bill, I'm pretty sure we can toss out the April bill (i'll
check).
I *think* that if you refund every cent I have paid you to date and would
have paid through the month of April, deposited directly to my paypal
account,
[email protected] and can somehow find a way to get it there
by 2pm April 28, 2003 EST (GMT-5), that I would be willing to forget this
ever happened provided you agree to never use my name in association with
any of your products companies etc.
I would almost be willing to guarantee it but I am sure you can understand
why at this particular moment I don't hold very much trust in anything you
might say to me on the phone or in email.
I'd be willing to offer other options but right now I wouldnt trust you guys
to walk my dog.
Hell.. I'd even be willing to throw in all of the original master tapes that
were shot during my interviews of the Candid Hosting Staff.
As I had outlined earlier, I don't wish to receive any email or voice
conversations from any of your staff.
So I'll make it easy on both of us. I'll check my paypal account at 5:00 PM
and see if I have to get back to work on this right away or not. Attorneys
are fucking expensive! And I want to be friends with Candid again, be able
to say good things about them.. last thing in the world I would ever want to
do is hurt someone unless they were threatening my livelihood. Which since
my shows are my sole source of income .. I kinda think you guys did that.

Whatever happens I'm so sorry it all turned out this way... that was the
last thing I ever wanted. I tried so many times to pay you.. and your system
went down so many times during shows it embarassed the LIVING SHIT out of
me. I can't afford many of those and stay in business.

That would be so fucking great because despite the fact of all that's
happened, you do happen to be one hell of a cool bunch of people.
Maybe that's why it hurts me so bad to have to write you this letter. I
figured I'd better at least offer you one discreet way to settle this thing
fast and out of court. You can run the numbers but I think it would also
save you a BUNCH of money. But I'm not an attorney and don't even play one
on tv.
