You will not have to pay cover if you arrive in your own Vehichle AND you have a local ID, They sometimes comp you cover with out of state ID's if it is a dead hour (I'm assuming with it AVN weekend and this party there it will be busy) And trust me unless your the person organizing the event with the club they will be strict at the door. Welcome to Vegas....
Your best bet is to call the club directly and they will come pick you up anywhere on the strip , Free Limo Ride there and No Cover,
And if for some reason you end up in a cab have them take you to the back side of Circus Circus and walk across the street , it's a 100 yard walk that will save you $50 dollars at the door. The cab drivers in this city are ALL SCUM don't let them take you anywhere else then you tell them too.
