Not in all cases. I am sure some girls love being porn stars, and take pride in what they do. But let's not kid ourselves. I am sure a good bit don't and are really bad off an need the money. What is degrading to one girl might not be to the next. I don't think we are to be of judge what is degrading or not, only the girl in question can determine that. And just because one girl does something doesn't mean it degrades all women.
In the end, it's a job to them, and a means to an end. They choose to do it, and they got what they needed from it, whether it is rent or their next fix or a career, but in all cases I am sure they happer they did it and used the money to fix their problem opposed to the alternative.

I think you know that I generally respect your opinions (I even lobbied for your unbanning), however I think you are a little off base here.
First off, you claim to have never looked at Dirty D's or BVF's sites, so you really have no frame of reference with which to compare their sites to anyone else's.

That is nothing like the typical girls whom I work with. I have never shot a 2-on-1 scene, or even an anal scene, let alone a DP scene (with one exception of a real-life couple that I didn't realize until post-production had switched to anal).
Your opinion indicates that you are probably not involved in the content production side of the business (where everything is not always as it appears).
There are actually many honest and ethical companies, that respect the talent whom they hire, and have certain production standards.
There are also those whom cannot compete on the same level, and therefore cater to a lower common denominator.
Go down several more layers, and then you arrive at where Dirty D and BVF have positioned themselves.
Tell us, what is the next lower level - or are you unable to, since at that point, you have no ability to distinguish what is moral or ethical anymore?
At what point do you draw a line between what is right and wrong?
I understand that even in this day and age there are Puritans, and I am certainly not one of them, however I like to think that most people are enlightened enough to be able to distinguish between good healthy (non-racist/non-sexist) sex, and practices which are beyond the pale, and degrade us all (both the victims/participants and the perpetrators/producers).
