In all reality, I'd be surprised if you were able to find more than a half dozen or so affiliates here who can break the 100 joins/day mark, if they really set their mind to it.

btw for mainstream thats nothing.lol... i was with a network called convert2media, and they had a google offer than had a daily cap of 2000 leads.
by 8am every morning the cap had already been reached
and this offer pays $40 a pop.. i talked to my network manager and he said nothing they can do.. they had some whale who was killing the cap, ONE guy, doing some crazy ppc/fake news sites/etc..
so thats like $80k in sales before 8am .lol
