I totally understand what you're going for, and I'm not suggesting you drown out the pages with massive amounts of text. But say on the main page, just a paragraph or two that immediately explains to the surfer what you're delivering and why they absolutely need to get in on this information NOW would do some good.
From the index clicking the thumbs is an obvious next move which I'm sure most will take, but when I got to a page like this
http://yessignals.com/PelvicTilt.html for instance, to be honest, I didn't even realize that I could click the girls for more information. Until I took a second closer look. Just a little bit of text would have cleared that up.
