I started off with a virtual account there and now have managed dedicated. I received the same great support when I was paying a few dollars a month as when I am paying much more...awesomely quick on ticket responses (24/7/365) and they also have phone support, which I've never needed because things are always taken care within a few minutes when I submit a ticket.
