Glad to see this thread. First, dokk is a moron. Second, because of this thread showing a very poor professional attitude and the fact that I haven't received a response back from Candid on a question I had, I won't be wasting my money with their company. Sure, it was a piddly amount but they won't be getting it.
I'd take your customer's advice and hire more tech people and cut down on the sales people and for the love of all that is great, please learn to be more professional. But you guys know it all 'cause you're rollin' in the dough.
