No...not everyone knows this. Until it's announced, it's still just rumor and fanboy speculation.
There are quite a few other companies making tablets and ereaders RIGHT NOW running full Windows 7, Linux or even Android for less than half of the rumored cost of the still unannounced Apple product.
I don't want or need to be tied to a Telco for a tablet computer, it's not a phone. So anyone else who wants that will be paying the full speculated $800 price tag for what will amount to a giant iPod Touch.
