i would have instead started a thread asking people to present you with creative offers on how you can work together on building this great domain name. You realize now that it is not as easy as buying the domain.
there are a lot of people here that can help teach you... but i dont think you need to give out 80%
i got most of my help from a webmaster i met several years ago who found me on another forum and offered to guide me in exchange for me signing up under him as an affiliate on the program we were promoting. He taught me how to make a lot of cash and in exchange he got the affiliate referral income.
you have a great domain that has potential for great income. instead of offering someone 80% of your income, perhaps find someone willing to help you in exchange for setting up a new affiliate account under them... they will still make good money if they can make you earn good money.... something to think about
but i give you a lot of credit for humbling yourself and admitting you need some help, that is step #1, and nothing to be ashamed of.
we all need some help, there is nothing wrong with that
