I hear ya mon! But something with Candid is getting very strange I have no idea what they're doing or trying to do.
I wrote them a letter last night requesting any further contact be through registered cerfied usps mail.
Of course.. no response to that... I've come but expect that BUT!
Here's the weird part.. I was on the phone speaking with "someone important" and CAndid called my wife's number downstairs asking for me. The person did not identify him/herself.
I was off the phone within 20 seconds and still no one has attempted to call me.
When we tried to use the CID shown on the display to call right back but... the number was non functional! WTF?
I dunno how long it's been since my wife told them my number up here and id' be offf the phone in a few minutes.. but...
Is it just me or isn't there supposed to be some kind of support or contact or response during business hours?
Or am I just asking way too much of a host?
Maybe I'm just unreasonable and don't get how hard it must be for people to answer a phone.
Anybody got any ideas? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
