Pick a spnsorship of a kid in south Africa as example. For every 50 you give how much do you think is spend on making sure that specific kid receives the help? Sending back pictures etc.
I saw a couple of years ago you could buy coupons in stores saying "this payment gave water to a village for a
month" or "this coupon supplied rice to a village for week" etc, that's something that really make a difference
