We actually pay out via both CCBill and you also get "Rays", our virtual currency, when you refer a sale. These Rays can then be sold in our Rays Marketplace as well. So you get both cash and virtual currency that can then be cashed out.
The virtual currency can also be used in world to lease property, advertising or to create a VWW (Virtual World Web) for your site. It is basically a 3D version of your website that attaches to our network and uses the virtual currency to earn income.
