first rule in suing someone civilly, there must be a chance of getting something!

it's for a shooting in my bar - before i owned the bar i owned the building and a tenant ran the bar - i inherited the tenant - and they had a shooting.... it was OUTSIDE the bar and on the street....

i evicted the tenant for not paying a month after that happened.

they're suing me cause i owned the building
