Sorry bud. That has never been the rule of thumb. Not all sites are the same. Not by a long shot. Especially with a membership pay site. That could be YOUR rule of thumb.
Saying an established TGP/blog/link list or similar is in the same category, and follows the same "rule of thumb" as a membership pay site would basically make you out to be a fucking clueless idiot.
