Amen brutha. 10 months is the rule of thumb. Has been for the past 8 years I have been in the biz. Just because of a downed economy doesnt mean rules change. No reason he would sell if thats the case. With self sustaining sites people cannot expect deals. Nothing Bad intended Fris. Just responding
