more like 10 months is the rule of thumb. Never heard of 6 months. If you can't make ur money back within a year buying it as is, then i dunno what to say. Sold a few sites with the ten rule thumb. It normally takes mainstream biz companies like restraunts etc 3-5 years to see profit. Under a year is not a high risk. Not by any means.
