Well I need to setup a chat program that can handle 100 to 200 users.

Any ideas on what chat program to use? I have a dedicated server to put it on. Just don't have a clue what to use.

Or am I better off doing some IRC thing? If so how?

I need to be able to set select people as admins or moderators and have the ability to boot abusive chatters.

All ideas appreciated.
